Hope Restorative & Cosmetic Dentistry Warranty Policy 

We are so confident in our ability to deliver the highest quality dentistry

that we are proud to provide a warranty.  If you maintain your cleaning and

check-up appointments at least every 6 months and follow the doctor's recommended preventive treatments (procedures and change in diet which will maintain an optimal oral health) / keep up with ongoing preventive maintenance treatment, then we promise to replace

the dental work that we have done for a period of 5 years.  This warranty

includes crowns, bridges, veneers, fillings and sealants that prove to

be defective, leaky, or ill-fitting.  We will provide you with complete homecare

instructions for your teeth, gums, and restorations.
