Insurance Policy

We will gladly help fill out all those complicated forms. We will accept the assignment of insurance benefits so that your out-of-pocket expense can be minimized.

However, you are ultimately responsible for your account. Insurance is a contract between your insurance company and you.

Please call our office for a payment plan that will work for you.

We accept most dental insurances and PPO type

insurances. Our office will file all dental service claims for our patients, as a courtesy.
